Villa Florica i L'Escala

This magnificent house is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk to Empúries where you will find the best beaches of l'Escala. And only 5 minutes drive from the old town. The house has two floors: On the ground floor you can find a bathroom with a shower and a space to have a drink. On the first floor there is the living-dining room, separate kitchen with access to the terrace with pool, three bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor area has a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe and a lounge area where you can enjoy meals under the covered porch. Accommodation is air conditioned. In total the house can sleep 6 people: in 3 double beds. Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday, holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
