Located in a quiet area, just a few metres from the sea and a few kilometres from some of the best beaches and coves of the island, this villa is the perfect option to enjoy total privacy without renouncing to the attractions that Mallorca can offer. It is only 22 kilometres from the city of Palma and 10 kilometres from the airport, making it the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday. - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Arrivals later than 21h will have an extra charge of late arrival of 50€ to pay upon arrival. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance.
