Villa El Vila is perched above the entrance to Puerto Pollensa on the exclusive El Vilar private estate, just five minutes from the resort with breathtaking views. The Old Town of Pollensa and the resort of Cala San Vicente are also just a few minutes drive away. The villa is 1.9 km from Pollença and is approached from the main road, some 300m away and accessed on the upper level. This villa is distributed over four levels. On entering the property at road height you firstly have a small annex entertainment room with TV and sofa area perfect for relaxing. Also next to the annex you will find the Ping Pong table. On entering the main part of the house you walk into the large lounge/dining room with its huge windows and terrace to take in the most amazing views over the bay of Port de Pollensa. The fully-equipped kitchen is also on this level of the villa along with two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the top level of the villa you will find the master bedroom with spectacular views and en-suite bathroom. On the lower level of the property you have an outside kitchen and dining area along with a bbq and terrace overlooking the swimming pool together with amazing mountain and sea views.
