Villa Can Fluxa i Can Ramón

Beautiful house, recently built, located a few kilometers from the city of Ibiza, completely independent and fenced. In the garden area it has a barbecue and a huge swimming pool (8x8 m) divided into two zones, the part for small children was converted into a Jacuzzi and the other part is for adults, separated by a fountain. It has parking area and an exterior toilet. At the entrance to the ground floor there is a large modern mixed kitchen with direct access to the garden and a large living room with fireplace and dining room. It has 2 double bedrooms (bed 1,85x1,90 m), and two bathrooms - one en suite. Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: one with double bed 90x1,90 and the other with 2x2m bed, a dressing room and a large bathroom en-suite with hydro massage bathtub. Disabled friendly with ramp access house and pool access. Air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. Some bedrooms might not be available for bookings under the maximum capacity of the house. IMPORTANT NOTE! Arrival procedure and key collection:
 • The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs. Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
 • Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h): 
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival). - Between 19:30-22:00 : 60€ - From 22:00 on: 100€ Touristic Tax: All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions) Waste disposal: In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €). Facilities: In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
