Outstanding villa with private pool and spectacular garden facing the sea located in Mataró, only a few steps from the beach and welcoming up to 16 people. Designed to offer maximum comfort, this 11.000 m2 property offers plenty of space for you and your guests to enjoy the massive private pool and its spacious relaxation areas. This magnificent villa offers stunning views from the tastefully decorated living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms,  air-conditioning, and private parking. Enjoy 8 bedrooms all with incredible views of the sea and/or the mountains (one bedroom on the ground floor and the other 6 on the first floor). The main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a king-sized bed (200x200). There are 4 other double bedrooms with queen-sized beds (180x200) and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190). Two other full bathrooms are on the first floor.  Please take note that the property has its own maintenance personnel available for anything that guests may need that live in a separate guest house on the other side of the 11000 square meter property - ensuring total peace and privacy for our visitors. Also note that this villa is located on the beach front in Costa Maresme. The tracks runs along the beach so guests will hear the passing trains. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.  3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins. 4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.  5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis (elis.com), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America. 6) All beds and pillows have protective covers. 7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason.  8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice.  9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.
