Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.
INTERIOR: This charming villa consists of a tastefully furnished living-dining room, equipped with Sat/DTT TV and with access to the pool area. This area connects with an open kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. The villa has two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa offers a pleasant area around the 8x4 meter pool, provided with Roman stairs. It has a portable barbecue and a spacious covered terrace, as well as parking space for up to 3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is strategically located in a privileged area, surrounded by pine trees and remarkably quiet. Just 1.2 km from the beach, the center of Moraira and all its services.
