Villa Ben Sa is setting just outside of Pollensa town with a large private swimming pool, a fantastic exterior seating area and a great covered BBQ and dinning space to enjoy your holidays. The driveway is gated from the lane and leads to a spacious private parking area. The main entrance is at the side of the house, by the private swimming pool (13x6). The spacious, open plan lounge and dining area is decorated in a traditional style, with stone walls, beamed ceilings and an ornamental wood burning replace. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV whilst the dining area has a large table and chairs for 8 people adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Stairs lead up to a gallery landing overlooking the living area, where you will find a second mezzanine seating area and a terrace with mountainside views. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and separate shower room. A further twin bedroom, a double bedroom and separate bathroom are on the first floor. This double bedroom also has a private terrace overlooking the pool and olive groves. The second double bedroom is accessed from the pool terrace. This bedroom has a small seating area. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Air conditioning/heating In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 5pm to 7:30pm and from 10:00pm to 09:00am. The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
