Welcome to your charming home away from home! In the heart of Calpe (Costa Blanca), we present an intimate and comfortable paradise that accommodates up to 4 people. This gem is a house with two floors, two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom, every corner filled with comfort and style.

Inside this luxurious space, you will discover the ground floor which houses a bright living-dining room with TV, ideal for those family movie nights. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to awaken the chef inside you, from the modern ceramic hob to the fridge, toaster and coffee maker.

Climbing up to the top floor, a world of comfort and rest awaits you. A bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort on warm summer nights. And to complete, an elegant bathroom with bathtub to enjoy moments of relaxation.

But the magic does not end inside the house. Upon exiting, you will find a dazzling community pool, open during the high season, and a second smaller pool available all year round for the more adventurous. In addition, the house has a private parking space, adding convenience to your stay.

Imagine waking up in a quiet retreat, surrounded by the serenity of the area and a short distance from all amenities. Just 2.5 km away you will find the nearest supermarket, and 3 km away awaits a beautiful sandy beach. At 3.7 km you will discover the vibrant center of Calpe, full of shops, restaurants and places of interest.
