Just meters from a beautiful sandy beach, along a private street within the peaceful Marbellamar community, Casa Pacífico is a wonderful three storey townhouse with accommodation for ten guests. It's an idyllic family getaway home; The combination of elegant and rustic décor and furniture gives an instant feeling of serenity and comfort, while the ample outdoor spaces allow guests to relax and enjoy the warm weather in private, while also being within walking distance to the most popular spots in Marbella. Set next to Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hangouts and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Pacífico east to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it's superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on. For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable skiing, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Pacífico have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa Pacífico is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoiled for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities. The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience. Casa Pacífico sleeps up to ten and provides high-end, well-equipped accommodation and facilities. The property has all the key characteristics of a fantastic holiday-home; modern bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels, unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces. On entering the property via a front courtyard, guests will find an open lounge and dining area through to a rear terrace equipped with outdoor seating and dining areas. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom and fully equipped, modern kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine! Upstairs on the first floor are four bedrooms; three doubles (two of which are en-suite) and one twin room, which shares use of the third bathroom on this floor. On the third floor is a spacious double bedroom with a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom and a roof terrace with sun-loungers and sea-views. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. Please note that the swimming pool opening hours are as follows; Easter: From March 23 to March 30: from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (depends on good weather) From May 1 to June 15: From 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. From June 15 to August 31: From 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. From September 1 to October 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.
