Welcome to our Villa Apia with pool and garden views! It forms part of the resort La Peña Luxury, featuring 6 independent villas. Each holiday home comes with its own equipment and design, allowing our guests to enjoy quiet holidays surrounded by nature. Our guests will have access to the shared pool, surrounded by a well maintained garden and sun loungers, as well as a shared barbecue area. The 11 x 5 meter chlorine shared pool with a depth of 1,75 metres is surrounded by a garden including a barbecue area, seats and a small plaground for the kids. Besides, there's an exterior bathroom. There's free exterior parking in the resort. The furnished terrasse overlooks the shared pool and garden and invites you to start your day with a nice cup of coffee listening to the birds singing. The modern, open kitchen is well equipped, including a vitro hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and cooking utensils. Next to it, there is the living-dining area with leather sofa and TV (only local channels). You may rest in two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Furthermore, there are 2 shower baths with hair dryer, Wifi, air conditioning and a cot and high chair upon request. Silent hours: from 11 pm to 10 am It is forbidden to reserve or block sun loungers by the pool if you're not using them. After using the barbecue area, you must leave it clean.
