INTERIOR: This beautiful apartment consists of a living-dining room with TDT/SAT TV and which opens onto a terrace with fantastic views of the sea. A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms both with a double bed and the other bedroom with three single beds. Finally two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
EXTERIOR: A pleasant outdoor area with a communal pool with metal stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a pool for the little ones. There is a parking space for one vehicle.
LOCATION: The apartment has an unbeatable location given the proximity it offers to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The sandy beach is only 20 m away and the nearest supermarket 300 m from the accommodation. The center of Calpe is about 2.5 km away.
OBSERVATIONS: There is free wifi. Pets are not allowed.

Sin aire acondicionado no se puede vivir en ese apartamento y sobre todo en olas de calor, que van a ser muchas y cada vez más. Las habitaciones son minúsculas, sólo las camas y ya, los armarios viejos. Los baños pequeños, antiguos, y calurosos. La cocina integrada renovada bien. El salón pequeño para 7 personas. La entrega de llaves a 2 km del apartamento, teniendo opciones de llegada independiente con buzones y códigos. Las vistas muy bonitas.

4,2cool apartment so close to the sea. loads of shops within walking distance and the beach was great. What they don't tell you in the listing is that you have go a tourist office in town to collect the key. So we ended up hiring a car for just that. They also gave us the wrong apartment key so check in was pretty stressful.
