Apartamento Sky and Sea Loma Verde i Puerto del Carmen

This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a secure complex & has a large sun terrace with table and chairs. It overlooks the pool and has beautiful sea views. The spacious open/living area has fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, 2 hobs, kettle, toaster and a microwave cooker. There is a sofa bed which can also accommodate an extra person. There is set of crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. There is a flat screen TV with English TV BBC/ITV package together with a DVD/Radio. The apartment has a good WIFI connection for use by the guests. The bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobe which incorporates a large safe for your valuables. There is an extra room leading off the bedroom which houses the washing and stores the ironing board and cleaning items. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, W/C. washbasin and houses a top loader washing machine. The Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen is sited on the hill, If you have a car you can access with your vehicle to the complex and you can find a car parking area in front of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops within walking distance. The bus stop to Arrecife , Playa Blanca and Airport is also close by. We provide a set of bed clothes and one big towel plus one small towel per person.
