Villa Vinya a L'Escala

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. At the same time, it is only a 10-minute walk from Riells beach in L'Escala. The beach of Riells is very large, with fine sand and very shallow. On the Paseo de la Playa Riells, you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, supermarkets, water sports, etc. The house has a very comfortable living room, a large modern kitchen, very well equipped and open to the dining room with access to the terrace and garden. Three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. Outside, you will find a private pool and a large garden where children can play freely while you prepare the barbecue and enjoy lunch with friends. In total, the house can accommodate 8 people: two double beds (1.80 cm and 1.35 cm), two single beds (90 cm) and a double sofa bed (1.40 cm). Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (9,90€ per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
