INTERIOR: The GROUND FLOOR has a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and direct access to a large covered terrace. It also has a large fully equipped open kitchen, with dishwasher and ceramic hob. There is a bedroom with 1 bed (1m25) a separate bathroom with shower. A bedroom with a bed (1m25) and a bunk bed with 2 beds of 90. A large bedroom with a double bed (1m50) with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the UPPER FLOOR, which we access by internal stairs, we find a bedroom with a double bed (1m50), a mini kitchen, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: Pool with dimensions 5x10 m, shallow part 90 cm and deep part 2m20, access as if it were a beach, without stairs, but with a single 45 cm step. Outside shower. The villa also has a built-in barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. There are two parking spaces for two vehicles on the same plot. The plot has a nice garden, various relaxation areas and is fully fenced.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Pinos" given the tranquility and its proximity to the beaches and all services. It is only 550 m from the restaurant area. Cala Mallorqui just 850 m away, Cala Calalga 1 km away, Playa de la Fossa 1.6 km away. The ecological promenade is only 900 m away, it goes from Calpe to Cala Baladrar (Benissa Costa) ideal for lovers of hiking, and they can take the opportunity to take a bath in the magnificent coves of our Costa Blanca.
