Location: Villa Neus is situated on the south east coast of the island, in the residential area Binixica. All local amenities (supermarkets, banks, pharmacy) are less than 5 minutes drive away in the small village of San Clemente. Popular south coast beaches, Binibeca, Binisafúa and Punta Prima, are within 10 minutes by car, and the white sand bay o at Cala´n Porter can be reached within 5 minutes. Vehicle is necessary.
