A colorful exterior welcomes you to the land of 4250 square meters with its own private pool (3m x 8m) surrounded by palm trees, sun loungers and umbrellas, all accompanied by beautiful views of the Spanish mountains. Inside the two-story villa of 250 square meters, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a charming dining room and a comfortable living room. The 5 rooms are distributed as follows: (1) a double bed (160cm), (2) a double bed (160cm), (3) a double bed (160cm) plus an extra mattress of 70cm for a child (4) a double bed (160cm) plus an extra mattress of 70cm for a child, (5) 2 x double beds (135cm) and an optional single camp bed of 80cm. The beds in the first four rooms are 1.60m, providing additional space for comfort. The property is located near a main highway, which means that it is easy to access from all the main routes that take you directly to the nearest beach or city; however you are able to hear some traffic noise from this location. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above. 3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay. 4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied. 5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
