This house for 12 people is rented in l’Escala. It is 4 minutes (300 m) walking to the beach of Illa Mateua. 3 minutes walk from a bar-restaurant. And 8 minutes (650 m) walk from a supermarket. The Montgrí Natural Park is 700 m away and the historic center of l’Escala is 3.8 km away. The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a garden with a private pool (8 x 4 m), an outside dining area with a portable barbecue, a ping-pong table and sun loungers. The living-dining room has TV, WiFi, fireplace and sofas and armchairs. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has air conditioning, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven and an exit to the outside. This accommodation has 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom has air conditioning. All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows. There are 3 bathrooms with a shower, and a toilet.
