The finca is in an absolutely quiet location on a spacious piece of land with a picturesque view of the Tramuntana mountains. Surrounding villages can be reached quickly and easily. For shopping you can go to Inca (10 minutes by car), weekly markets can be visited in Sa Pobla (5 minutes by car) or Sineu (15 minutes by car) and relaxing visits to the beach are best enjoyed in Platja de Muro (12 minutes by car). Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ATMs, doctors, etc. can be found in the island's famous village of Sa Pobla. The surrounding area is very agricultural and its original charm has largely been preserved. From here you can start very well bicycle tours and excursions. We provide you with 6 modern mountain bikes for this purpose. Included: Welcome pack Basket of eggs/fruits and fresh vegetables from our own organic garden every day. Fruits and vegetables will vary depending on the season. Upon prior request to the property: Wine tasting in our own cellar, with or without pairing Caviar and oyster tasting at the Villa Brunch, breakfast basket, or private chef dinner/lunch service BBQ service: BBQ setup + purchase of premium BBQ products Delivery service from local restaurants to the villa Events and celebrations/shootings: Villa suitable for events and celebrations with a price of €2000 without overnight stay from October to May, inclusive. Chef/catering must be chosen from the villa's selection, other providers to be consulted. Price includes event organization service + final event cleaning. Cellar: The cellar will remain open for the client's use. We have an inventory of products and a list with all prices including VAT. Every morning, the maintenance staff will take inventory of the products and it will be presented to the client for confirmation of consumption. The client can pay in cash or by credit card at check-out or daily, whichever they prefer.
