Relax with the whole family and friends in this quiet and spacious rural house called Colonya. Located in the Tramuntana mountain range, just 2 km from the quiet and picturesque village of Pollensa, this beautiful holiday home is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe. The outside of the house has a large garden area, full of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees and a large swimming pool with barbecue and dining area, and a sitting area for relaxing during the long Mallorcan summer evenings.
With capacity for 12 people in 6 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and 2 with single beds, they are decorated in an exquisite modern rustic style. It also has 3 complete bathrooms with shower and one of them with shower and bathtub. It has air conditioning and heating.
Outside the house there is a parking area which makes it the perfect house for a fun holiday.
