The solarium terrace is one of the main features of the property, with a large swimming pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor space to enjoy summer meals. This property is designed for the enjoyment of the whole family. It has 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and another with direct access to the balcony with views to the bay. In addition, there is 1 bathroom and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a gas cooker. The nearest bus stop (31113) is 150m walking distance away. The bus stop connects to Palma in about 50 minutes with the bus line 504Tolleric. Despite having this facility, we recommend hiring a rental car for an optimal stay in this area. - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane).
