Villa Cactus a Calpe

We are pleased to present you our pleasant villa with private pool and sea views in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This villa can accommodate 4 people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all distributed on a single floor. It has air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the hallway, guaranteeing a climate-controlled environment throughout the accommodation.

Inside the villa, you will find a living-dining room with satellite/terrestrial TV and access to a covered terrace with views of the sea and the pool. There is also a separate kitchen with a gas stove. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, while the other has a double bed with access to the terrace. Additionally, there is an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and another bathroom with a bathtub. It is important to note that the ground floor of the villa is closed and uninhabited during the rental.

Outside, the villa has a beautiful garden with a 7.5x4 meter pool and Roman stairs. There is also an outside shower and a portable barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. In addition, we offer a garage space for one vehicle and additional parking space on the same plot.

The villa is located in an urbanization called "Ortembach", ideal for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Despite its tranquility, the villa is located just 500 meters from the nearest supermarket and 2.8 km from the beach and restaurants. The center of Calpe is also accessible in 2.5 km.

It is important to note that this villa has free WiFi. However, pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an additional fee.
