Fantastic villa with private pool located in Sant Jordi, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the roads of the island. This beautiful property stands out for its private pool and its large terrace where you can relax and rest during your holidays. This villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Likewise, it features 3 full bathrooms, kitchen and a large terrace with private pool. As a main feature, it has air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the property. It has fantastic connections by road or highway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches less than 5km away. The village, Sant Jordi, is only 100 meters away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and other local shops. Treat yourself to the holiday you deserve! - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms except one, where there is a fan. It has central heating. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Groot huis met goede en leuke faciliteiten! Rustig dorpje wat verder van El Arenal af maar met een supermarktje, restaurant, avondwinkel en een bushalte die naar Palma/El Arenal gaat prima te doen!
