The house is distributed on a unique floor, with a living-dining room (exit to the outdoor area) with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, we want you to feel at home. There has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a lot of utensils to prepare delicious meals. In addition, it has 3 double bedrooms. One of them has a double bed en suite (bathroom with shower) and the other 2 bedrooms have 1 trundle bed in each one. There's also a another full bathroom with shower. This house has a Air Condition and Heating in the whole house, included in the price. The outdoor area has a nice private pool, garden area, barbecue and parking area for 1 car. Also, there's a small forest with some hammocks. Free WIFI. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups not accepted. The house is only rented to families.
