The well-known towns of Fuengirola, Marbella, and Puerto Banus are a 10-15 minutes drive away, as well as an array of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, and water sports. Granada, Ronda, Antequera, and Malaga, among other places, attract many international visitors interested in Andalucian culture, history, and architecture and are all easily reachable for day trips. The property offers a large sunny terrace overlooking lovely maintained gardens and a private swimming pool. There is parking space for one, medium size car inside the property. A damage deposit of 400€ will be required for all reservations two months prior to arrival IMPORTANT NOTICE The gardener will make short visits (at least twice a week) to attend to the pool, outside area, and gardens. He knows the property very well as he has looked after it for many years. The organization of events involving large groups (+12) requires prior consultation.
