Very cozy one bedroom house with private garden in the area of Costabella, Marbella. The best beach of Marbella is only a 200 meter walk and you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars at walking distance. This is a perfect relax destination. The house is comfortably outfitted and offers room for maximum 3 people since there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a south facing garden with sun loungers, sun shading, outdoor shower in the back of the house and a outdoor patio for breakfast or shade on a hot day on the front. The kitchen has all neccesary appliances like microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle and juice maker. Wifi and satellite TV (german, english, french and spanish channels) are available to our guests. Outside on the patio there is a cupboard with the washing machine. Costabella has without a doubt one of the nicest sandy beaches of Marbella. The area hosts many nice beach restaurants and has shopping facilities and some bars. This is a perfect relax destination.
