Casa Merlín is an ideal holiday property for families, couples and groups of friends. It is located in the strategic town of Playa Honda, close to the airport and with a central position on the island, which makes it a perfect starting point to explore Lanzarote. Although it is located on a completely quiet residential street, just one minute away we find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The beach and the promenade are located just a five-minute walk from the house, so a car is not necessary to access it. The house has three bedrooms and capacity for four people; one with a single bed and a desk to work on, on the ground floor. Another single and one double on the upper floor. It has a fully equipped American kitchen, a covered utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher, an open terrace with a built-in barbecue and a covered terrace with a gazebo. On the ground floor there is a practical toilet and on the upper floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
