Casa Guayre is the ideal property if you want to spend a relaxed and quiet vacation. The house is located in Puerto Calero, less than 10 minutes walk from the center. You´ll find there restaurants, bars, exclusive stores and a small supermarket. The nearest beach is within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The villa offers a lot of privacy to enjoy your stay with family and friends. Regarding the outside area, has a private pool surrounded by sunlounges, Balinese bed and a shower. It also has a barbecue area and dining table. For animation you´ll find a ping-pong table. And if you wish to fresh up after a jump in the pool, you can enter the outside bathroom. Where you´ll find next door, the laundry room for your clothes with a washing machine, iron and board. The house is just one level, so no stairs, which makes it ideal for people with reduced mobility. It has 3 bedrooms in total. A master bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning, tv with international channels and an en-suite with shower, bathtub and bidet. From this bedroom you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. The other two bedrooms have both twinbeds of 90cm, that can be joined to a double bed if requested. They are both very spacious and have each a TV. Near both of the twin bedrooms, you´ll find an other bathroom with a shower, bathrub, and double sink. The house has an independed kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffe machine, kettle, juice maker, toaster and kitchen utelsils. Next to the kitchen you´ll find the dining room with a large table and a living room with a Smart-TV that offers also international channels and air conditioning. The Wifi conection reach all areas of the house, including the garden. Crib available on request. One set of bedsheets and towels (including pool towels) are provided per guest. A courtesy service will be offered for stay longer than 7 nights, to change the bedsheets and/or towels.
