Additional amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, television and washing machine. There is also a shared outdoor area, consisting of a swimming pool and a children's pool. The beaches of Costa Teguise are just 2 km from the property. Free parking is available on the street. No noise allowed after 22:00 hours. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is available.
