INTERIOR: Discover comfort in every corner of our bungalow. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and air conditioning, along with a fully equipped open kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower, complete this level. On the upper floor, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower awaits you.
EXTERIOR: Relax and enjoy the 10x8 meter community pool with metal stairs and outdoor shower. In addition, we have a parking space for your convenience.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet area, our bungalow is ideal for those who want to disconnect without moving away from essential services. Just 1.6 km away you will find the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The sandy beach is 2.4 km away and the center of Calpe is 3.3 km away.

Een schone en ruime bungalow in een ruste wijk iets buiten het centrum van Calp. Met directe toegang tot het zwembad. De bungalow heeft een mooi terras op zowel de begane grond als op het dak. Voorzien van alle faciliteiten die er nodig zijn voor een geslaagde vakantie. Eigenlijk viel niets tegen. Jammer dat de fotos onvoldoende laten zien dat het huis een grote tuin met terras heeft. Daarnaast zou het zitcomfort op de terrasstoelen verbeterd kunnen worden met zitkussentjes.
4,6Okay value for money. Pool was nice. Also, a nice view from the first floor terrace. The kitchen needs more basic equipment. There was no breadknife. Also, the Wifi information was incorrect which meant that we had to call the office who sent out a man to fix it.
4,0Bonne situation du bungalow, endroit calme et familiale. Le compteur d'électricité qui disjonctait lorsqu'on allumait le grille pain.
