Lovely 4 bedrooms house with communal garden and swimming-pool located only 1km from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc. This house is built over 2 floors sleeping 7-8 people. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with fireplace, tv and access to a large and pleasant terrace where you can enjoy nice poolside meals and a fully equipped kitchen with gas, oven, microwave , diswasher and washing machine. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom en suite with 1 double bed and access to a lovely terrace with pool views. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and access to a small balcony, 1 bedroom with bunk beds + 1 pull out bed and 1 bathroom with bath. Optional heating (extra cost) Pets are not allowed. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. - Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and 8 euros/person/towels. - Wifi not included.
