It has cotton sheets and towels, a modern kitchen open to the living room with television and large bathroom with bathtub. It is located on Valencia's Turia street, next to the Torres de Quart and a few minutes walk from the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.
