Luxury apartment in the heart of the City of Gandía, 10km far from the beach, perfect for a cultural, gastronomic and beachholiday getaway, because we have a beach of fine sand not to be missed. We have equipped it with all the details that characterize a Premium apartment taking care of every element of the decoration and spoiling all aspects of comfort that will make your stay unforgettable. The large living room stands out as the main area of the house, bright through its three windows. Upon entering you will find a relaxation area, with a 50 ”Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a very comfortable sofa, where you can watch a good movie. We have an American kitchen fully integrated in the decoration and with some stools for breakfast or have a drink with the rest of your family or friends. We have set a long table for up to 8 people by the window and if you come to Gandia for work, we wanted to make you a corner with a desk by the window where you can prepare your meeting. The corner of the bottom, is a very special point to have a good tea or coffee and relax reading one of your books. The kitchen has all the appliances you may need, and you can check the list below. We have a bathroom with shower in the living room / dining room and another that share the main double bedroom and the doble bedroom. And finally we have a small room, but no less cool, with a bunk bed with 190x90cm beds. You can park the car in the parking lot that is right in front that has a fee of € 5 for 24 hours, and also a very cheap minute rate.
